I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Zuri hotel in Bali. The spacious pool was perfect for swimming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the dedicated service I received from Anik and other staff members. However, there were some noise issues from outside and the corridor, which made it less peaceful at times. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money with its facilities and service.

However, I did encounter some issues with a stained apartment and a mix-up with my booking. Despite these hiccups, the experience was mostly enjoyable and worthwhile for a short visit.

My stay at the hotel was lovely overall! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, especially Tama and Fery, who made everything feel special. The pool provided a fantastic view, perfect for couples. On the downside, the rooms could benefit from a little more decoration for a junior suite, and there were noise issues during my stay, especially with kids' swimming lessons nearby. But the breakfast buffet was impressive! It had a great variety of options, including Indian food. Definitely a nice place to consider for a honeymoon.
